Day 1  Increase Sperm Count and Semen Volume Course

Congratulations for taking part in this course. It combines diet and lifestyle advice with pc exercises and supplements to give you maxmium results.

Upon Awakening As soon as you wake up in the morning close your eyes and meditate quietly, for as long as time permits. This reduce your stress levels and put you in a positive state of mind for the rest of the day.

Breakfast A large breakfast containing eggs, oatmeal and fruit would be the ideal choice this morning. Wash it down with a cool glass of orange juice and take your sperm/semen supplement with breakfast.

Lunch For lunch have a sandwich containing cold meat and salad with tomatoes. Wash it down with a glass of pure mineral water to keep your body hydrated.

Dinner Your main meal should contain lots of protein and we recommend a meal of grilled cod with basil dripping sauce.

Evening. After dinner go for a brisk walk around the block and spend the evening relaxing, but remember no sex tonight, ejaculating too frequently has a negative effect on sperm and semen volume. Don't forget to do your pc muscle exercises.

Sleep Go to bed tonight and get a full 8 hours sleep, sleep is essential for healthy sperm and semen in large volumes and should not be avoided. make sure your room is cool and dark.
